WHAT A VISIT LOOKS LIKE:

Treatment is guided by assessment, not guesswork. Each session is shaped around your presentation, goals and preferences on the day.

Trained to Level 5 in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy - an advanced UK vocational qualification that extends beyond traditional sports massage to include assessment, clinical reasoning, treatment planning and rehabilitation principles.

1

Time, not treatment menus

You don’t need to decide whether you require sports massage, deep-tissue work or another treatment approach before you arrive. New clients book an Initial Assessment & Treatment; returning clients choose the time they need. The most appropriate treatment approach is then determined through assessment.

Understand your goals

2

Your session begins with a conversation about what brings you in, your activity or training and relevant history.

3

Assess the wider picture

Where you feel discomfort is not always the only relevant factor. Assessment may consider movement, areas of tension or restriction, training load and relevant history to help guide your treatment.

Effective treatment, not excessive force

4

Treatment should be effective, not unnecessarily painful. Every session is adapted to your needs, presentation and preferences, using appropriate techniques without assuming that greater pressure produces better results.

Support beyond the table

5

Before you leave, relevant movements may be reassessed and practical guidance provided where appropriate. This could include mobility exercises, recovery advice or simple training modifications.

The goal is not simply to help you feel better for a day — it's to help you move better for longer.
